You can start classes at the beginning of any week. If you cannot come at the beginning of the week, special arrangements can be made for an alternative start. Yes. See the Homestay section for information and application. Yes, you must have health insurance while studying in Canada. It’s best to speak to an insurance company in your country and make the arrangements from there. However, it is possible to purchase insurance within 5 days of your arrival in Canada. Yes, there is a $150.00 administrative fee for homestay accommodation and a $300.00 tuition deposit fee applicable to your first month. Deposits are non-refundable. First, complete the application form and let us know your start and finish dates. Send the non-refundable $300.00 tuition deposit fee by cheque or money order drawn on a Canadian bank in Canadian funds, or by credit card. We will then send you a letter of acceptance. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, and inform us by fax or e-mail when you have received your visa. You can arrange transportation from the Toronto airport to St. Catharines through Niagara Airbus Transportation Service. You can call them at 1 (905) 374-8111 or fax them at 1 (905) 374-0932 to make these arrangements. It is better to make transportation reservations in advance to avoid long waits at the airport. That depends on the level of English you are at right now, how much you study and how much you practice your English while you are here. Because each student progresses at a different rate, some students may finish a level in as little as one month, while others may need several months to complete a level. Teachers assess student progress on a continuous basis. Teachers then meet to discuss progress and move students when they are ready. Yes, we have 2 computer labs with full Internet access. Labs are used for computer-assisted English practice with and without your instructors. A pronunciation software package is also available in the labs. Yes, you can use the Internet and check your e-mail at break times and after school. There is no additional cost for lab use. Class size varies from level to level. Some classes have 8 students while others may have up to 18 students. The average is usually between 12 and 14. Send us a cheque or money order in Canadian funds, drawn on a Canadian bank, or provide us with a credit card number (Visa or MasterCard) and expiry date. You can pay your tuition fees here at the school using cash, VISA, MasterCard, Bank Debit Card, or traveler’s cheque. Your tuition must be paid in Canadian funds. You can pay your tuition in full when you begin, or you can pay at the beginning of each month. Yes, we have an amazing summer program offered during the months of July and August.
